You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes

ORVANTA is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international orders. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ORVANTA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at:
